Muscle Up level 2

Do you want to string together several Muscle Ups and get more efficient in the movement of Muscle Up?
Then this program is for you!
It is a 3 sessions/week program for 6 weeks.

We will focus on both Ring and Bar Muscle Ups and the goal is for you to string together several Muscle Ups within the 6 weeks of the program.

What is included:

  • 3 sessions per week
  • 60 min per session
  • Each session include spesific mobility, technique and strength training for the Muscle Up
  • This program is for athletes who can do 1-5 Muscle Ups and want to string together more reps and get more efficient in the movement of Muscle Up
  • Demo videos for all exercises
  • Feedback via Facebook Group
