Handstand Walk and Handstand Push-Up Program by Kristin Holte and Coach Joakim Rygh

Do you want to learn how to walk on your hands? And get better at Handstand Push-Ups? Then this program is for you!

It is a 3 sessions/week program for 6 weeks. We will focus on both Handstand walk and Handstand Push-Ups (strict and kipping).

What is included:

  • 3 sessions per week

  • 45-60 min per session
  • Each session includes spesific mobility, technique and strength training for Handstand walk and Handstand Push-Ups
  • This program is for beginners, but you will get the most out of it if you can kick up to a Handstand towards the wall
  • Demo videos for all exercises
